The Scorpion Covert-X is the upgraded successor of the popular EXO-Combat. With Scorpion?s Ultra-TCT? fiberglass shell, scorpion created a solid and lightweight helmet. The helmet has an aggressive look which most certainly makes for one badass helmet, interestingly the chin peace can be removed, effectively turning the Covert-X into a jet helmet. Part of its unique design are theair intakes on top of the helmet, almost resembling a set of horns. These air intakes are not all style though, they allow airflow trough the helmet and they are connect to ventilation channels in the multi-layer EPS foam, making sure air flows trough the helmet. The chin bar when removed obviouslyoffers a lot of fresh air, but even with the chin bar in place the helmet stays cool with decent air intakes in the chin piece, ensuring a cool and comfortable ride.
